DAV Management is the inspiration behind the Enigma Group - an exclusive forum for senior-level industry executives. The Enigma Group has developed over the years, in association with leading partners to extend the collective knowledge of our teams in order to help more organisations solve the riddle of complex IT change programmes, faster.

As significant business change programmes are usually cyclical, most organisations don't tend to retain the specialist skills and experience necessary to lead and manage these large pieces of work in-house. However, in today's volatile climate, rationalisation initiatives are becoming more common place and Enigma therefore provides a platform for knowledge-sharing, the chance to attend regular executive networking events and have access a library of thought-provoking content around the most pertinent issues affecting modern businesses in challenging times.

In particular, our Enigma events will appeal to business leaders who have started (or are about to undertake) a strategic programme of work and would value the opportunity to participate in high-level discussions with their contemporaries, on present day business and technology issues that are likely to play a large part in the future of their organisations.

Our business dinner briefings take place three to four times a year and discussions have centred on M&A activity, green IT, business rationalisation, collaborating to innovate, as well as understanding how to not only survive but thrive in the current recession.
