Turnaround

All too frequently large scale change becomes derailed. The causes are varied, but you recognise things haven't been going well for quite some time and that whatever you try is having little positive effect. We can step in to rapidly assess the situation (using a variation of our Healthcheck capability) and report our findings back. We will focus on the original objectives and business case, to ensure that your strategy and delivery are aligned, and also examine in detail the causes of the challenges facing your day-to-day delivery team. Sometimes a recovery requires extreme actions, but more typically it is a series of less severe activities which, in the hands of our experienced programme and project managers, together bring about the turnaround.
